Who we are

standupnow.com is the website for SUN Circles, a membership program run by Factor X Solutions Inc., an Alberta corporation. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Factor X Solutions Inc.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about SUN Circles, book a call with us and sign up for our newsletter and free programs. Nothing is sold on the site; prices are shown for information. Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code
• try to interfere with the site, its security or other people’s use of it
• copy large parts of the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission

Information on the site

The site gives general information about SUN Circles and running a business or organization. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or other professional advice. Please get advice that fits your situation before acting on it.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details such as dates, schedules and program content can change.

Prices, programs and the guarantee

• Currency. Pricing is based on the country of the member’s organization, and members are billed in that currency. Organizations in Canada pay in Canadian dollars, plus GST. Organizations outside Canada pay the same amounts in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. Our website shows prices in the currency for the country you are visiting from.
• We may change prices and programs. A change does not affect what you have already paid for, and members keep their price as agreed when they join.
• Membership. We’ll confirm your membership terms with you when you join.
• Other programs follow the terms shown when you register, together with these terms.
• Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to the SUN Mastermind. Accelerators are not covered by the guarantee.

Free test drive

We offer a free test drive so you can try a Mastermind session before you decide. Places depend on fit and on space in a suitable circle of non-competing peers, and we may decline or end a free trial at our discretion. Everyone in a circle, including guests, is expected to keep what is shared in the circle confidential.

Our content

The SUN Circles name, the SUN mark, and the text, designs, graphics and materials on this site belong to Factor X Solutions Inc. or the people who licensed them to us. The SUN Toolkit and other program materials are for members’ own use under their membership terms. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit.

Forms, email and your information

When you send us information through the site, we handle it as described in our privacy policy. We only send newsletters and other marketing emails to people who have asked for them, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as bookme.name for booking a call and MailerLite for our newsletter. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

We provide the site “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Factor X Solutions Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta. We always prefer to talk first, so please contact us if something goes wrong.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with the date it was updated. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
